Country Pet Lodge Resort & Spa is the name of this application and service as shown in the TikTok Developer Portal. It is operated by Working Dog Worx LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Country Pet Lodge Resort & Spa, including our websites, scheduling tools, and TikTok integration (together, the “Service”), including OAuth-based connection to TikTok and related video posting workflows. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Our separate Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal information. These Terms supplement that policy.

2. Description of the Service
Country Pet Lodge Resort & Spa uses tools—including integration with third-party platforms such as TikTok—so authorized users can schedule or publish content (for example, pet-update or related hospitality content) consistent with permissions you grant. The Service interacts with TikTok only within the scopes and permissions you authorize (for example, posting or managing content allowed by TikTok’s login and API authorization flow).
TikTok is operated by TikTok/TikTok Pte. Ltd. and related entities. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines in addition to these Terms.
3. Eligibility
- You represent that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, or that your parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf where allowed by law.
- You must have a valid TikTok account where required to use the TikTok features of the Service.
- The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in connection with these Terms; see our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- violate or circumvent TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or TikTok Developer / API policies;
- harass, threaten, impersonate others, or post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malware-related, or hateful material;
- attempt to disrupt, overwhelm, scrape, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, TikTok, or other users’ data;
- use the Service solely for impersonation, spam, or misleading commercial practices prohibited by TikTok or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or pose risk to Working Dog Worx LLC, Country Pet Lodge Resort & Spa, other users, or third-party platforms.
5. Accounts, authorization, and credentials
Some features require you to sign in or connect third-party accounts (including TikTok). You are responsible for:
- maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding passwords and OAuth tokens/access;
- activity that occurs under your authorized connections; and
- revoking access through TikTok or our Service where we provide that capability.
We do not claim ownership of your content uploaded or posted via the Service.
6. Data and third-party platforms
Working Dog Worx LLC processes Country Pet Lodge Resort & Spa-related data as described in our Privacy Policy, which explains categories of data collected and purposes of processing. Regarding TikTok specifically:
- The Service accesses TikTok only as permitted by you during authorization and consistent with TikTok’s requirements.
- TikTok receives and processes content and related data pursuant to TikTok’s own privacy notices and agreements with you.
We do not sell personal information solely as governed by applicable law definitions; disclosures to service providers assisting us in operating the Service are governed by our Privacy Policy and contractual obligations.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, that content will publish successfully every time on TikTok or other platforms (which may impose their own moderation, quotas, or technical limits), or that defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORKING DOG WORX LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR INTEGRATION WITH TIKTOK, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID WORKING DOG WORX FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (WHEN FEES APPLY).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Working Dog Worx LLC and its affiliates against claims and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable TikTok/third-party policies, except to the extent caused by our intentional misconduct where prohibited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. When we post changes here with a revised effective date or notice on our site or via other reasonable channels, continued use after the effective change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law. Material restrictions may warrant additional notice as required.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
Unless mandatory law dictates otherwise where you reside, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to jurisdictional thresholds, disputes may be brought in courts located in New Jersey unless you have a mandatory arbitration or consumer-protection process under governing law.
12. Severability & entire agreement
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service between you and Working Dog Worx LLC regarding matters described here, notwithstanding other policies linked or incorporated by reference (such as TikTok’s terms between you and TikTok).
