When you use Worx Handler or contact us, we may collect account and contact information (such as name, email, business name, and phone number), connected social account information (such as usernames, profile images, and OAuth tokens), content and usage information related to posts and scheduling, and technical information such as browser type, IP address, and cookies.

We use information to operate Worx Handler, connect and manage authorized TikTok and other social media accounts, upload and publish content you prepare and approve, send service-related communications, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade personally identifiable information.

TikTok Integration for Worx Handler

When you authorize Worx Handler to connect your TikTok account, we access TikTok data only as permitted by you and consistent with TikTok's requirements:

• Account identification (user.info.basic and user.info.profile): We access your TikTok username, display name, and profile image to identify and confirm the connected account within the Worx Handler dashboard.
• Account statistics (user.info.stats): We access public statistical data for the connected account, such as follower count, following count, likes count, and video count, to help authorized users monitor account performance.
• Video publishing (video.upload and video.publish): We upload and publish video content that you prepare and approve in Worx Handler to your authorized TikTok account. video.upload may save content as a draft; video.publish posts approved content to the connected profile.

We access TikTok data only for the connected account you authorize. We do not retrieve data from other TikTok users' accounts. We do not sell, rent, or share TikTok user data with third parties.

You may disconnect the integration at any time through TikTok Settings → Security → Apps and websites, or through Worx Handler where that capability is available.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
