Worx Handler is a social media management application operated by Working Dog Worx LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Worx Handler, including our websites, scheduling tools, and TikTok integration (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Our separate Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal information. These Terms supplement that policy.

1. Who We Are

Worx Handler is provided by Working Dog Worx LLC, a domestic limited liability company in New Jersey.

2. Description of the Service

Worx Handler helps authorized business users plan, organize, upload, and publish social media content, including video content, to official accounts they connect and authorize, including TikTok. The Service interacts with TikTok only within the scopes and permissions you authorize during TikTok's login and API authorization flow.

TikTok is operated by TikTok and its related entities. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines in addition to these Terms.

3. TikTok Integration

When you connect a TikTok account to Worx Handler, we may request the following TikTok API scopes, depending on the features you use:

• user.info.basic and user.info.profile — identify the connected TikTok account and display account name and avatar in the Worx Handler dashboard.
• user.info.stats — view public account statistics, such as follower count, following count, likes count, and video count, for connected accounts.
• video.upload and video.publish — upload and publish video content that you prepare and approve in Worx Handler to your authorized TikTok account.

We do not access TikTok data beyond the scopes you authorize. You may revoke access at any time through TikTok Settings → Security → Apps and websites, or through Worx Handler where that capability is available.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service on behalf of a business. You must have a valid TikTok account where required to use TikTok-related features. The Service is not directed to children under 13.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, harass or impersonate others, post unlawful or deceptive material, disrupt the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or violate TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer/API policies, or other applicable third-party platform rules.

6. Accounts and Authorization

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding passwords and OAuth access, and ensuring that activity under your authorized connections complies with these Terms and applicable platform rules. You may revoke TikTok access through TikTok security settings or through our Service where that capability is available.

7. Data and Privacy

Working Dog Worx LLC processes Worx Handler-related data as described in our Privacy Policy. The Service accesses TikTok data only as authorized by you and consistent with TikTok requirements. We do not sell, rent, or share TikTok user data with third parties.

8. Content

We do not claim ownership of content associated with your TikTok account or other connected services. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you manage through the Service complies with applicable law and third-party platform requirements.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, violated applicable law or third-party platform policies, or created risk for Working Dog Worx LLC, Worx Handler, other users, or third-party platforms.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, that third-party account or content workflows will succeed every time, or that defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORKING DOG WORX LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR INTEGRATION WITH TIKTOK, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amounts you paid Working Dog Worx LLC for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, where fees apply.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Working Dog Worx LLC and its affiliates against claims and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable third-party platform policies, except to the extent caused by our intentional misconduct where prohibited by law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. When we post changes here with a revised effective date, continued use after the effective change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

14. Governing Law

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
